An Ordinance to amend the Prevention of Eviction Consoli-

dation and Amendment Ordinance, 1939.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Prevention of Short title. Eviction Amendment Ordinance, 1941.

2. Section 9 of the Prevention of Eviction Consolidation Amendment

of Ordin- and Amendment Ordinance, 1939, as amended by section 5

ance No. 44 of the Prevention of Eviction Amendment Ordinance, 1940, of 1939, s. 9 is amended by the substitution of the figures "1942" for the figures "1941".
